If you're looking for a fun dinner idea, this pizza bombs recipe is it. It's basically a bite of pizza in a cute rolled dough form. You can fill it with cheese, plus your favorite sauce and toppings. Or you can omit the sauce and just serve it on the side to dip these delicious pizza balls into. You make them from refrigerated dough, so you don't even have to make homemade dough for this dinner. And, if you're looking for a recipe for your kids to help you with, this is a good one because it's pretty simple. They can put the cheese inside and roll the dough.

Cut a block of mozzarella cheese into small squares.


Remember, you need them to fit inside a biscuit, so don't cut them too large.

Cut the biscuits in two.


Use a rolling pin to flatten them into circles.

Put some sauce on the bottom of a flattened piece of biscuit dough. Put one of the cheese squares on top of the sauce.

Roll the dough around so it's a ball.


If you're feeling adventurous, you can brush the tops with melted butter and add your favorite seasonings and/or Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.

    My kids always loved making and eating these! We used a stick of string cheese for ours. They are a great snack and cut easily into 10 pieces for a pack of biscuits.
