  • 1 carrot
  • 1 spoon flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • A drizzle extra virgin olive oil

Boil the carrot slices until soft (about 15 minutes).
Mash them with a fork then add the flour, salt, pepper and oil.
Make some balls and place on parchment paper.
Use more parchment paper placed on top to flatten them with the help of your hand or a glass.
Bake in the over at 180 degrees (350F) for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
