Made in two bowls, with pantry staple ingredients, super quick to mix up, healthy, and SO DELICIOUS! Hm, that pretty much sums up this nutty homemade granola, and it’s the perfect grab-and-go snack for busy weekdays or weekends. With a bunch of your favorite nuts, good honey, and some cinnamon, this is sure to become your favorite granola. Definitely no need for buying store-bought anymore! This is perfect for breakfast, as an afternoon snack, or a late-night dessert. So. Good.

- ½ cup wheat germ

- 2 cups honey
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- 5 cups chopped dried fruit
