- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 white or red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and vegetables.
