Have you ever eaten at Grizzlys and ordered the parmesan bear creek pasta?? It is my favorite menu item of theirs and this is my take on it! This garlic parmesan pasta is like buttered noodles for grown ups! I used to eat buttered noodles all the time growing up, so elevating this dish by adding garlic, parmesan and some seasonings gives this dish such a nostalgic and comforting taste to me. Although it is amazing by itself, feel free to add some chicken or bacon (or both!) for some extra protein. Top with some extra parmesan and parsley for garnish.
