Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli

36 Raviolis

I love pasta and I especially love pasta that is fried. But I needed to come up with a healthier version than that in our household. So I decided to try these in the air fryer. To my surprise these turned out crunchy and nice and creamy on the inside.

I used frozen ravioli and waited until it thawed. Then I made a dredging station. I used a couple of eggs mixed with some water, bread crumbs and flour mixed with onion powder, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I started by dipping them into the flour and then the egg mixture and then the bread mixture. I did spray the air fryer racks and a little spray onto the top of the raviolis. I baked them for ten minutes on 400 degrees. I served mine hot and with some marinara sauce. We were going to have them as an appetizer but we loved them so much they became our meal with a salad.

They puffed up so nicely just like if they were fried in oil.

Here I put them in a colander to thaw.

My dredging station.

I layed them in a single layer on the racks.

You can tell here after being dredged they are going to be tasty.

Served with some marinara sauce, store bought or homemade.

They turned out so good and were very filling. I was surprised at how filling they were.
