Overnight Oats are such a popular breakfast recipe. They're really easy to make ahead of time. You make them the night before and then you eat them in the morning (when you don't have any time!).


This version is honey vanilla flavored. It's made with honey vanilla yogurt, which you can pick up that way (you don't need to make your own but you could if you really wanted to), plus vanilla honey and pure vanilla extract. It's slightly sweet and especially delicious tasting.


Its a great breakfast recipe that you can make ahead of time, which really helps to save you time in the morning.

In a bowl, mix together the oats, yogurt, and milk. Stir them all together.


Now, this recipe uses a honey vanilla yogurt. But, you could vary it and use a different flavor if you don't like honey or if you just have a different flavor in your fridge. It really doesn't matter what you use.

Add the chia seeds, the honey, and the vanilla extract to the milk mixture.


This recipe uses Viva Naturals chia seeds. It helps to thicken the mixture. If you skip them, add double the oats.

Stir until everything is wet and combined.

Pour the mixture into a glass container and store it in the fridge overnight.
