Autumn is well and truly here so what better breakfast to have then a hearty and warm porridge!


With berries and berry protein within the mix for some extra flavour! Bananas and biscoff and a match made in heaven and the perfect topping for this porridge!


Porridge is a great filling breakfast packed with protein which keeps your full for hours! It’s so versatile for its flavours and toppings so stay tuned and il share some more porridge ideas to keep your bellies warm this autum!

Banana and Biscoff Protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • 25g porridge oats
  • handful of frozen berries
  • scoop of protein powder
  • cover in water or milk of choice
  • tsp or chia seeds
  • top with
  • tsp of biscoff spread
  • sliced banana
  • tsp of saltanas
  • drizzle of honey
Instructions

In a small sauce pan add your oats protein powder chia seeds and cover with water or milk of choice.
cook on a low heat and stir regularly for approx 6 or so minutes until thickened
remove from heat and let sit for a minute
serve in a small bowl
slice your banana
top porridge with biscoff spread, banana and sultanas and drizzle with a little honey
enjoy!
