Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oatmeal
  • 2 Cups Silk Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Sliced Banana (For topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix all of the above ingredients in a small/medium casserole dish.
Top neatly with sliced bananas and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve warm with or without milk.
