Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rolled Oatmeal
- 2 Cups Silk Milk
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Sliced Banana (For topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix all of the above ingredients in a small/medium casserole dish.
- Top neatly with sliced bananas and bake for 35 minutes.
- Serve warm with or without milk.
