How do you cook shrimp properly?

If your shrimp is frozen, you will want to thaw it before cooking. Heat a little bit of olive oil in a skillet, and add shrimp to the hot skillet. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp is pink, which means is cooked all the way through.

How do you cook shrimp so it’s tender?

The key to cooking shrimp perfectly is using high heat to sear it to tender, juicy perfection.

I would separate the sauce in half. If you use the leftover sauce at the end of the recipe as suggested you can get salmonella from the raw shrimp.
