Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi Mahi Filets
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • zest and juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
Mix greek yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl
Season mahi mahi with salt and pepper
Spread greek yogurt mixture over each filet
Pat 1/4 cup breadcrumbs into each mahi mahi filet and season with more salt and pepper
Drizzle each filet with a little bit of olive oil
Bake in air-fryer for 12 minutes
Sprinkle with more lemon juice if desired
