Air Fryer Panko Crusted Mahi Mahi
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 2 Mahi Mahi Filets
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- zest and juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
- Mix greek yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl
- Season mahi mahi with salt and pepper
- Spread greek yogurt mixture over each filet
- Pat 1/4 cup breadcrumbs into each mahi mahi filet and season with more salt and pepper
- Drizzle each filet with a little bit of olive oil
- Bake in air-fryer for 12 minutes
- Sprinkle with more lemon juice if desired
