Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes washed, peeled & quartered
  • 3 Sausage Links ( Italian Chicken Sausage)
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp Peeled
  • 1/2 lb King Crab Legs
  • 2 dozen Little Neck Clams Scrub exterior well
  • 1/2 lb Salmon
  • 1/2 lb Snow Crab
  • Sauce/Seasoning
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Emeril's Orginal Essence
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Budweiser Beer
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions

The first step in making your seafood boil is to prepare all the ingredients.
Peel and devein the shrimp and cut the sausage into 1-inch slices.
Halve the ears of corn (if adding corn) and cut the potatoes into quarters.
Once all your ingredients are prepped, set them aside until needed.
Next, saute the onions and bring the chicken broth and water to a boil in a large pot over medium heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat slightly and add in half of the Old Bay seasoning (1 teaspoon ) along with the potatoes and corn.
Let them simmer for about 10 minutes before adding in the sausage slices, shrimp, clams, crab legs, and lobster tails plus remaining Old Bay seasoning (1 teaspoon), spices, and Budweiser beer.
Simmer everything together for an additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and shrimp turn pink.
Serve immediately with crusty French bread or garlic toast for a delicious seafood feast!
