Bacon, Mushroom, and Spinach Cast Iron Skillet Frittata

Looking for an easy and delicious meal idea? You won’t regret trying this bacon, mushroom, and spinach cast iron skillet frittata.

A frittata is the perfect easy weeknight meal. It also is delicious served for breakfast.

  • 8 eggs
  • ½ lb thick cut sliced bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.


Chop bacon and cook over medium heat. Drain.


Chop spinach and mushrooms and add to skillet.

Beat eggs and salt and pepper.

Add to the skillet. Add cheese and stir. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.

Cut into slices and enjoy.
