Ingredients

  • 2 Packages of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Carrot, Diced
  • 1 Celery, Diced
  • 1/4 Cup of Walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp of Water
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, add your two packages of cream cheese and water and slowly mix with a mixer.
Once this is softened, add your carrots, walnuts, celery, garlic and oil.
Give this a thorough mix and then smear on bagel.
Top with Everything Bagel seasoning and enjoy!

    Cream cheese comes in several size "packages." Assuming we're talking about blocks of cream cheese and not tubs, should we use the 8-ounce blocks or the 3-ounce ones?

      Since they mentioned using a ‘large bowl’ to mix I would assume that we should use 2 packages of 8 ounce.
