What is better than a 10 minute homemade delicious pesto? What makes this basil pesto so bold and mouth watering is definitely the sun dried tomatoes. They are a must have, along with the fresh mozzarella. This recipe screams fresh from the basil, garlic cloves, mozzarella to the cilantro all blended together on top of a sliced toasted sourdough baguette. I prefer my bread toasted because I think that crunch gives it something extra and better texture. I have tried this recipe with Brie cheese as well and it is just as good, but I am a fresh mozzarella lover at heart. Try it yourself and enjoy.
