Tasty Chipotle Southwest Sauce like Subway used to make!

I actually think subway still makes their chipotle southwest sauce but I’m just being silly. I rarely get subway these days but man I used to love a veggie sandwich with their southwest sauce. So I decided to make my own! It’s the perfect sauce to add to a homemade veggie or turkey sandwich. I also like to sneak some into a cheese quesadilla for a little spice. Let’s make it!
