Veggie Dip

I am always looking for a healthier alternative for a veggie dip. I do not like buying dips that are pre made because sometimes I find them too salty or rich and it is hard to know exactly what is in them. I have been really liking Greek yogurt these days because it has so much protein and it is really versatile. I also like it because it has a thicker consistency so the dip is not too watery and has a nice creamy texture. You can also add shredded cucumber and dill to this recipe too if you want a more tzatziki flavour for your dip. This recipe is simple but tasty. Enjoy!

  • 4 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a small bowl combine yoghurt, salt, pepper and garlic seasoning
Stir until well mixed
