Dairy-Free Ambrosia Recipe

I'm a fan of ambrosia, but all of them have dairy. So, I was able to make a recipe that calls for NO DAIRY! Yay. Try it for yourself. It is super delicious, and I plan on doing different variations of this recipe in the future.

Here are the ingredients. I decided to add marshmallows afterward. It is optional. If you want to keep the recipe vegan, do not use marshmallows or buy vegan marshmallows.

First, prep and combine all the ingredients for the large bowl. Start by measuring the DF yogurt, add the canned and drained Pineapple tidbits in water, and the drained Mandarin oranges.

Next, drain and cut the maraschino cherries in half and add to the bowl. Then add Coconut to the bowl and mix well.

We tossed a handful of marshmallows at the last minute (optional). Then, refrigerate it for about 1 hour or until cold.

Here is one serving size of the Dairy-Free Ambrosia. Would you try it? What do you think?
