Oh my god I am such a big fan of these fudgy and chocolatey date truffles. These truffles just taste like Gooey decadent brownies but there are made with just dates ,cocoa powder and almonds and sweetened with some honey/date syrup.

You can even use sugar-free chocolate for coating or you can even roll them in unsweetened cocoa powder. They taste just great!😋

Here I used almonds but you can use any nuts you like.Medjool dates are my go-to for our date fudge truffles as they are slightly sweeter and softer than others. Their soft texture makes them easy to pit and quick to process in this application.

Not only they are quick and easy to make requiring only few ingredients,10 minutes and a food processor. They’re also healthier than your average truffle, relying on dates for natural sweetness, cacao powder for antioxidants, and almonds for plenty of healthy fats and protein.

And transfer the chocolate covered truffles on parchment paper lined tray about 1 inch apart. Allow chocolate to set and store them in an air tight container. Enjoy!
