Super Detox Avocado Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl
Summer is over, so it’s time to detox, detox, and detox some more from all the partying, cocktails, and sundaes. To usher in the fall, we are turning over a new leaf, so to speak. So say hello to this lovely avocado banana mango smoothie bowl. Avocado is not just tasty, but also known for its health-boosting and anti-inflammatory properties for our bodies. Bananas are high in potassium and fiber, are great for digestion, and help regulate blood sugar levels. Mango is another powerful fruit because it packs useful vitamins which boost eye and skin health.
You don’t really taste the avocado in this smoothie, because it’s masked by the sweetness of the banana and mango. I chopped up the avocado and banana, put them in a ziplock bag, and froze them for a couple of days. My rule of thumb for all my smoothies is at least ONE of the ingredients has to be frozen to be cold and great.
