Easy Peppermint Bark Recipe

How to make an easy peppermint bark recipe with dark chocolate and white chocolate. This delicious dessert only has four ingredients!
Melting chocolate is fairly easy, but be careful not to let it get any water in it or over heat it. I have tips for choosing the best chocolate and three different ways to melt it in the original blog post. I really recommend using chocolate wafers to make it for the best results. I use the Wilton melting pot to melt mine, but I have directions for microwave and double boiler too.
Peppermint bark makes a great gift. It can be stored for up to two weeks, so your gift recipient will have plenty of time to eat it.
Peppermint bark is one of my favorite holiday party desserts. It's so delicious, and everyone will love it at a party.
