This recipe for Rolo Pretzels is perfect for the holidays! Dip them in white chocolate, add some sprinkles, and you’ve got one of the most delicious treats ever!

Rolo pretzels have been one of my favorite holiday treats for many years now, and this year, I decided to put a spin on them. Boy, did I nail it this time! As if the combination of chocolate, caramel, and pretzels wasn’t delicious enough on its own. The addition of a white chocolate coating made these sweet and salty treats absolutely amazing! You could say that they are addicting!

Yes, these days each Rolo candy is individually wrapped. You will have to remove the foil wrapper from each piece before eating, or using them in these treats. This is a great task to give to little ones who want to help make these tasty holiday treats!

Recipe for Rolo pretzels

I’m telling you, these Rolo pretzels are the ultimate holiday treat, and they sure make a great homemade gift too! Grab this easy recipe below!

Ingredients

  • 48 Snaps Pretzels
  • 12 oz white baking chips
  • 24 Rolo Caramels candy
  • Christmas tree and lights sprinkle mix
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unwrap Rolo candy
Place Snaps pretzels on baking sheet, about ½ inch apart.
Place a Rolo candy on top of each, and bake in the oven for 3 minutes.
Remove from oven, and top each Rolo pretzel with another pretzel, pushing down lightly.
Place pan in refrigerator until chocolate is firm.
Once chocolate is firm, fill a pot with 1 inch of water.
Place white chocolate in a heat safe glass bowl, and place on top of pot, making sure that the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Heat on medium/low heat, stirring often, until chocolate is melted.
Remove pretzel from refrigerator and start dipping them into the melted white chocolate, covereding about half the pretzel.
Place on parchment sheet, and top the visible white chocolate with sprinkles.
Allow white chocolate to set before eating.
Tips
  • You can use whichever chocolate melting method works for you. I prefer the method above.
