Oreo Chocolate Cream Pie

I am a chocolate lover, and this recipe was so easy and chocolaty. My kids completely enjoyed it and could not stop eating it. You will definitely love this recipe.

Ingredients


OREO Cookie Pie Crust, 8 inch - 6oz


Chocolate Filling

12 oz Hershey's Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

2 and 1/4 cups heavy cream

1/2 stick of unsalted butter, at room temperature

Cool Whip Original Frozen Whipped Topping - 8oz


Garnish

Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate Sprinkles


Filling


Make the Chocolate filling by placing chocolate chips in a large heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a low boil. Pour the warm cream on top of the chocolate chip and set aside for 1 minute. Then whisk until the melted chocolate and cream are completely combined. Add in the butter and stir until the butter is completely melted. The mixture will be smooth and glossy. Pour the filling into the crust, then place the pie in the fridge overnight.


Once the pie is done add the whipped cream on top of the pie, chocolate fudge, and chocolate sprinkles. Then slice, serve, and enjoy!
