What a better way to start your day than with this simple yet absolutely delicious peanutbutter banana toast! It's delicious, it's sweet, it's filling - everything you'll need for a little boost of energy.
You can choose any type of bread you like. I love toasted Rye bread! I also love rye bread or multigrain bread for an added dose of energy
By adding coconut flakes and flaxseed, you're increasing your intake of fiber and protein and healthy fats
You can substitute peanutbutter with almond butter for a healthier choice. Also you can substitute honey with any vegan sweetener you like

Ingredients
- 1 banana sliced
- 2 pieces of toasted bread
- 2 tbsp peanutbutter or any other nut butter you prefer
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- Honey
Instructions
- Toast the bread, spread the peanutbutter and add the bananas
- Sprinkle flaxseed, coconut flakes and drizzle some honey
