Ingredients

  • 3 large egg, hard-boiled, peeled, and chopped 
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 chopped dill
  • 1 chopped green onion 
  • 1 chopped cucumber 
  • salt to taste Black pepper powder 
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Lettuce handful
  • 4 slices multigrain bread
Instructions
Mixture and Grilling
Mash up the chopped egg a bit with a fork. 
Mix together the chopped hard-boiled egg, mayonnaise, ketchup, onion, dill, cucumber.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix with a spoon.
On bread slice put a layer of lettuce, spread the egg mixture on top of the lettuce, put another slice of bread on top.
Grill the bread and enjoy
