  • 7 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 14 Mini Pastry or Pie Shells*
  • 14 Mini Fresh Mozzarella Balls
  • 14 Basil Leaves
  • 7 tsp Balsamic Vinaigrette

    I have made these before for a party. Very pretty, but too messy to eat since they aren't a one bite appetizer. Would be better to cut up the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil and mix as a salad and put in the cups, but still think would be messy.
