Nutella Swirls Brioche

I love making this recipe and fill the house with this amazing smell.
I love making this dough. It is so fun to watch it cure. I start by adding all the ingredients into the mixer. I let it run for 10 minutes or so (at least 7) and just stand by and watch. Once dough, I let it rest in the fridge for about 4-5 hours (best overnight).
Using a rolling pin, I make it into a square or something similar. Then, I cover it all with a thin layer of Nutella.
Using a pizza cutter, I cut triangles.
Then, I roll it from the base of the triangle to the tip.
I let it rest in shape for 30 minutes before baking. I add an egg on top right before baking.
Bake for 20 minutes and let cool down before serving.

Dough
- 500gr (4 cups plus 2 tbsp flour) flour
- 1 tbs yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 200 gr (1 3/4 sticks) melted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- salt
- tsp vanilla extract
Filling
- Nutella
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a mixer for 10 minutes
- Let the dough rest in the fridge for 4-5 hours
- Preheat oven
- Make balls of dough
- Roll it into a square
- cover with Nutella
- cut into triangles using a pizza cutter
- roll in from base to tip
- let it rest
- brush with egg
- bake on 365 for 20 minutes

When you say “ cover with egg” , do you mean brush on egg whites?
you said nothing about the thickness to roll the dough out to.
