Today I’m sharing with you a delicious recipe for Fall Harvest Cookies with a dash of cinnamon and a sweet caramel cream cheese frosting.
This recipe is perfect to bake on a cool fall day. Come in from raking leaves and enjoy a nice cookie!
Gather your ingredients, toss it all in the blender, mix it up, stick it in the oven and voila, you’re done! I’m only kidding – don’t do that! No, seriously – don’t do that! There’s a bit more to the process! Find the full recipe below. :)
To make these cookies, you'll mix the ingredients together in a bowl. First, we’re going to mix the wet ingredients; Apple Sauce, oil and an egg in a bowl using a mixer. Find measurements in the recipe further down the page.
Using your mixer, slowly add your cinnamon and the Golden Butter Cake Mix while mixing. Mix until the wet and dry ingredients are well incorporated.Scoop the cookie dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. This cookie dough will be more moist than some dough, but don’t worry – it’s supposed to be!
Bake for 10-14 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven, or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, add food coloring to your frosting!
Once the cookies are cooled, frost them and enjoy!Find more cookie recipes on my blog!
