Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Cookies
Ever since I was a little girl, one of my favorite food combinations was peanut butter and chocolate. I can still remember trading with my sister whatever I had just so I could have her Reese Peanut Butter cups! Oh my goodness, they were such a treat. Now I'm all grown up and even though I still treat myself to a Reeses from time to time, I enjoy baking with this this combination even more! One of my favorites ways are these deliciously moist and chewey Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Cookies! I use dark chocolate because I think it adds so much more flavor and besides, it's supposed to be good for you, right?
Over the years I've developed a few secrets along the way to make these cookies perfectly soft and chewy!
And I guarantee you won't be able to eat just one!
