This cookie classic is equal parts nostalgia and ridiculously easy!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Large Egg
  • Hershey's Kisses
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients (except for the Kisses) in a bowl.
Make 1 tbsp sized balls, roll between hands to make a ball.
Dip this ball into a bowl of sugar and completely coat it.
Place the balls of dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
After you take them out of the oven, let cool for a few minutes and then place the kisses in the middle of the cookies.
