Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 3 cups Quick-cook oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 package cheesecake pudding
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 package Chocolate Chunks
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup White sugar
Instructions

Heat oven to 375F.
In a large bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Add in the dry ingredients and give it a quick mix.
Stir in the chocolate chunks.
Scoop out large dollops of dough and place on cookie sheet. I fit around 6 large cookies per sheet, 18 cookies total.
Bake the cookies for 12 minutes.
Enjoy warm!
