Oatmeal Energy Balls
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1-1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/3 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chip
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients with a mixer.
- Take out spoonfuls of the mixture, roll into balls, and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Place this cookie sheet in the fridge to chill before digging in!
