Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oatmeal
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1-1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/3 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chip
  • Pinch of Salt
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients with a mixer.
Take out spoonfuls of the mixture, roll into balls, and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Place this cookie sheet in the fridge to chill before digging in!
