Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Preheat your oven to 375°F spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large mixing bowl, cream the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
