- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup vegan Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of baking powder

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate with Greek yogurt, vanilla and sugar, stirring until blended.
- Incorporate the cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.
- Add the milk, oat flour, sea salt, and baking powder. Whisk the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
