Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vegan Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A pinch of baking powder
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate with Greek yogurt, vanilla and sugar, stirring until blended.
Incorporate the cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.
Add the milk, oat flour, sea salt, and baking powder. Whisk the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan. For the best texture, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
