Creamy Raspberry Pie

1 Pie
25 min

This is an accumulation of several different recipes I tried. I finally came up with one my hubby thought was creamy enough.

That raspberry sauce is amazing!

Here are the ingredients, yes I used a bought graham cracker pie crust. But you could easily make your own if you prefer.

I used my mixer to make sure and get the cream cheese extra smooth.

Mixing the wonderful combination of cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping! Is there anything better!

Adding the lucious berries and folding gently.

Before the topping was added.

This berry sauce is so good! It pairs perfectly with the creamy cheesecake.

  • 12 ounces of cream cheese softened
  • 1 c confectioner sugar
  • 2 c whipped topping
  • 1/2 c berries
For the topping
  • 2 c raspberries
  • 3T water
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1 c sugar
For the crust
  • Premade graham cracker crust
Instructions
For the filling
First I mixed the cream cheese with the confectioner sugar until creamy.
Then I added in the whipped topping and mixed until light and fluffy.
Add in 1/2 cup of berries and fold in gently.
Add to your crust and smooth the top.
For the topping
Add your berries, water, sugar and cornstarch to a saucepan. On medium heat stir until mixed and thickened. Cool completely before spreading on your pie. Or you can put it into another container and drizzle over your pie pieces as you serve it.
Tips
  • Make sure your cream cheese is room temperature for the creamiest filling
