Happy Fall! 🍁🍂I have a confession. I've never been a huge fan of pumpkin spice flavored things. It's the time of year that every food item I see is pumpkin spiced themed & I am just not a fan. Anyone else? If you're like me and are not on the pumpkin spice train, this recipe is for you. Caramel apple oat bars! Made with homemade "healthy" caramel.

Prep this ahead of time for breakfast, dessert, or even a snack. It is kid and husband friendly, and very simple to make. I promise you will not be disappointed!
