This Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce is made in no time with Cape Cod Select Cranberries. I always have them at the ready in the freezer for times like these. I made a quick sauce out of cranberries, water, and honey. It's that simple!

The tart sauce makes the perfect accompaniment to the melty brie cheese. Trust me guys, it's so delicious!


How to Make Brie with Cranberry Sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut rind off of brie and discard. Place brie on a sheet pan.
  2. Prepare sauce: Place cranberries, water, and honey into a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Stir often.
  3. Once boiling turn down to low and simmer for about five minutes, stirring often until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness to liking. Feel free to add more water if you want to thin it out.
  5. Pour on top of the brie and heat in the oven until brie becomes melty about 10-15 minutes. Top with pecans and more honey. Serve immediately with crackers or sliced apples.

Ingredients

  • 1 round of brie, rind cut off top
  • 1 1/2 cup Cape Cod Select Cranberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (more if you prefer it sweeter)
  • 3 tablespoon pecans, chopped
