Ring Pops
Make a homemade Ring Pop from scratch! I love playing around and making candy either from scratch or the semi-homemade way. This recipe is all about making candy from scratch!
Mix the sugar, corn syrup, and water in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat until sugar has dissolved. Don't continue stirring.
Wipe down the sides of the pan with a pastry brush dipped in water. Let the mixture cook until the temperature reaches 300 F (149 C)
Remove from the heat and place into an ice bath
Once it stops bubbling, add your flavoring and coloring
Pour into the mold, filling them all the way to the top
While the candy is still melted, place the plastic Ring Pop backing or the food-safe ring on top of the mold.
Let them cool completely and then remove the ring pops from the mold.

You can use Jello to make these too I think the recipe is on the box if not It's the same ingredients maybe a little less sugar b/c it has sugar in it, unless you use Sugar-free Jello Gelatin.
