Pancake Charcuterie Board
This Pancake Charcuterie Board is a showstopper! Everyone will love being able to pile all their favorite toppings on yummy buttermilk pancakes!
This Pancake Charcuterie Board features my Sheet Pan Pancakes , Air Fryer Bacon, and Air Fryer Hash Browns. I love charcuterie boards and so do my boys! They are esthetically so beautiful and it's so much fun customizing your meal with all the variety!
This breakfast charcuterie board is perfect for an easy brunch:
- Pancakes are made in the oven! No standing in the kitchen or flipping pancakes!
- Great for entertaining and feeding a crowd!
- So easy to customize! Everyone will love all the options for creating their own unique combinations!
- Pancakes - I love to make sheet pan pancakes for this recipe because they are so easy to make in the oven while you are prepping the rest of the board .
- Berries - we love strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
- Melted Peanut Butter- or any nut butter of your choice. It's great for drizzling over pancakes!
- Chocolate Chips- so good with the melted peanut butter!
- Maple Syrup- pancakes and pure maple syrup are a must!
- Butter Squares - beautiful squares of salty butter to melt over the heavenly pancakes!
- Hash Browns and Bacon - I like to make them in the air fryer while the pancakes are cooking. You can add any sides you like!
- Powdered Sugar and Whipped Cream - for garnishes!
- Bake Sheet pan pancakes and arrange them on the board.
- Place berries around the pancakes.
- Next, add the condiments to the board.
- Add a basket or container with the air fryer bacon and hash browns.
Prepare all the hot items for the charcuterie board and keep them warm in a 200-degree oven. Wash, dry, and slice berries and assemble condiments in serving bowls ahead of time. When you are ready to serve add the condiments and berries to the board and the hot items last. You can also reserve some of the hot items in the oven and replenish as needed.
What are good sides for pancakes?There are so many delicious sides for pancakes! You can never go wrong with bacon, sausages, or hash browns. Scrambled eggs are another delicious option along with Southern classics like fried apples, cheese grits, or home fries! A simple and colorful fruit salad is also a lovely option.
What do you eat on top of pancakes?There are so many delicious options for topping pancakes like butter, fruit compotes, berries, pure maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, caramelized bananas, or apples. Melted peanut butter and chocolate chips are an amazing combination. Caramel sauce, chocolate ganache, and nuts are also decadent considerations.

- Sheet Pan of Baking Sheet - I use an 18x13 sized pan for this recipe.
- Pizza Cutter - perfect for cutting uniform slices. You can also use a knife if you don't have one.
- Air Fryer - for making hash browns and bacon if desired.
- Charcuterie Board
- Small serving vessels for condiments small bowls little pitcher for syrup.
Leftovers from the recipe can be kept in an air-tight container for 3-4 days (although best eaten the day they are made).
- This charcuterie board pairs beautifully with my Vodka Sunrise Cocktails! You can leave out the vodka as a mocktail or so the kids can join the fun too!
- You can substitute my Sweet Cream Pancakes that are so rich and heavenly or my Fluffiest Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pancakes if you like more traditional style pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1 batch Sheet Pan Pancakes
- 1 batch Air Fryer Hash Browns
- 1 batch Bacon in the Air Fryer
- 1 cup strawberries whole or sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup peanut butter melted
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- pure maple syrup
- butter cut in squares
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare and bake sheet pan pancakes.
- While pancakes are baking cook bacon and hashbrowns and keep warm in a 200 degree oven.
- On a charcuterie board place sliced pancakes down the middle.
- Add berries around pancakes and nestle condiments in between.
- Remove bacon and hashbrowns from the oven and place them in a basket on the board.
- Invite guests to enjoy!
