Ingredients

  • 2 browning bananas
  • 3 tbps lite maple syrup
  • 2/3 + 1/4 cups of Oat Milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cups of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips + more on top
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, mash the two bananas with a potato masher (or tool of choice if you don't have one).
Add in the remained of the ingredients and whisk together until well combined.
Scoop your mixture into a muffin tin with 12 liners.
Add a few chocolate chips on top and bake them for 25 - 30 minutes.
