My pizza rolls recipe is simple and easy. It uses ingredients you can get at any grocery store! These simple pizza egg rolls are perfect for snacking or for a fun customizable dinner that the whole family will love.

This recipe is great because you can serve them up as a dinner option with salads or veggies, you can serve them up as appetizers, or you can make pizza rolls with egg roll wrappers for an afternoon snack. The possibilities are endless and they’re always tasty, no matter when you serve them.

Ingredients

  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Water
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
Instructions

Lay the egg roll wrappers out on a flat surface.
Add your shredded cheese and sauce.
Place your toppings in next.
Start rolling the egg roll wrapper up while also folding in the sides as you go.
Use some water to seal the edges of the wrapper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 375F.
Fry the pizza rolls for 30-60 seconds until golden brown.
Serve with extra sauce for dipping and enjoy!

    Would these be good to make in air fryer?

      Yes! Just spray them with a cooking oil to help crisp them. Not sure of the time, but flip them half way through. Yummy!
