I have never been a big coffee drinker until recently. I guess you could say I’m an adult now?? I’m in love with it all of a sudden and I am literally addicted to iced coffee. I could easily go to Starbucks or Caribou everyday and get an iced white chocolate mocha or an iced campfire mocha. But I know it’s not good for me or my wallet to be doing that😂 So I have been trying really hard to make my own iced coffee at home. Of course it’s not the same, but this recipe is pretty dang close to tasting like it’s from a coffee shop!

Ingredients


  • 10 oz cold brew coffee
  • Ice
  • 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp half & half
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions


Pour coffee into one cup with ice.
In another cup, combine heavy whipping cream, half & half, vanilla, and maple syrup. I used a frother but you could probably just stir aggressively until frothy.
Pour over coffee and stir to combine!
