Celebrate mom on Mother’s Day with these Sunrise Mimosa aka MOMoas! These gorgeous Sunrise Mimosas are the delicious blend of fruit, orange juice, prosecco, and Chambari.

Surprise mom with breakfast in bed with this crescent roll breakfast casserole and a side of chia seed pudding with strawberries and the most delicious mimosas she’s ever had! Later in the day for dinner you can serve her this Easy Sangria!

I typically am not a fan of alcohol but I was browsing though a magazine I had picked up and came across a recipe for these sunrise mimosas and I just knew I had to try them! They looked so pretty and refreshing in the pictures!…and in real life, they are just the same! I actually had a lot of fun taking photos of these sunrise mimosas because the colors were just so vibrant!

Lets Make Them Together!

You will need orange juice, pineapple juice and lime juice from your local grocery store.

You will also need whole fruit of each of those juices: limes, oranges and pineapple cut up into slices.

Next you will need Campari which is bought at your local liquor store. I did have to ask for help to locate it because I had never heard of this before! My local liquor store did not carry the prosecco so I had to buy this at my grocery store.

Add your fruit juices and sliced fruit together in a large glass pitcher. You can serve this immediately or you can let the fruit juices sit for a while and it will be more flavorful.

I did the opposite of what the recipe called for. I poured both the Campari and the prosecco into the glasses before I poured in the fruit juice. Either way is fine to do, however, you will get a more dramatic color ombre if you pour the Campari in last.

Serve on a platter and surprise mom in bed on Mother’s Day, her birthday, Easter, or heck any Saturday or Sunday morning in the year! Mom deserves to be pampered and I’m sure you’ll earn some extra points! 🙂

Aren’t these just gorgeous? They literally look as great as they taste!

The best thing is you can make these kid friendly as well if you leave out the prosecco and the Campari.
