It’s National Margarita Day!!! And I have the most delicious and refreshing margarita recipe for you! This cucumber elderflower margarita is so light it’s the perfect drink for spring and all throughout summer. Scroll down for my recipe below.

Cucumber Elderflower Margarita
Ingredients:
- 6-8 cucumber slices (sliced thin)
- 1/2 lime wedge
- 2 1/2 oz tequila (my favorite is Casa Amigos)
- 1/2 oz St Germain Elderflower Liquer
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt (optional for the rim)
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker, squeeze the juice of the lime, adding the wedge and muddling together the lime and cucumbers.
- Add to the shaker ice, tequila, Elderflower liquer, and honey.
- Shake well.
- Take your glass and a slice of cucumber. Rub the cucumber around the rim of your glass then dip into salt.
- Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into your salt rimmed glass.
- Enjoy!
