This blackberry mint julep is a twist on a classic with a tangy berry flavor. If you have pour, shake and stir, then you can make this cocktail. Perfect for Kentucky Derby, or any season really. Shout-out to my husband, Dan, for helping me with some of the photos!

Did you know Blackberries grow wild around here? it’s a nice little surprise if you have a big property or go for a trek along the Fundy Trail. We had fun gathering the blackberries to use in this yummy cocktail.

The colors are beautiful and they look very fancy served with fresh mint in beautiful silver mugs.
