Pina Colada Smoothie (non-alcoholic)

It is 90 degrees in Florida this week which calls for smoothie weather! One of my favorite things to sip on at the beach is a pina colada, so I made one at home with no alcohol and just 4 ingredients! I layered this smoothie to create an ombre effect but that is completely optional. Topped with coconut whipped cream, coconut flakes, and chopped pineapple. This will make you feel like you are lounging on a beach in the tropics!

Ingredients
1st Layer
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen coconut chunks
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
2nd Layer
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla, plain, or pineapple flavor)
Instructions
Smoothie
In a blender, mix all first layer ingredients together for 1 minute and then set aside. Next, mix all the 2nd layer ingredients together for 1 minute and then set aside. Serve with coconut whipped cream and coconut flakes (optional)
Tips
  • Any type of milk is fine, coconut milk works best for the pina colada theme
  • This makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies
