Want to feel like you’re eating cake for breakfast, but still be healthy? This is the perfect recipe to have on hand. Baked Oats are my go to breakfast at the moment, and this one literally tasted like brownie mixed with banana bread…the dream! They are great while working at home because it can be mixed before and I can just pop them into the oven when I am working, and its ready in 20 minutes! Having a sliced banana on the top is a great addition because it browns nicely in the oven and gives a great flavour to it. I hope you enjoy!
