Sweet Pie Floater

The easiest and most craveable dessert you'll come by this week

Ingredients:

-Pre-made puff pastry

-Mint

-Lemon

-Orange

-Frozen Berries (your choice)

-Heavy Cream

-Sugar

STEP-BY-STEP:

  • Preheat oven to the temperature according to your pre-made dough package

  • Cut the dough into the shape you want to eat, could be a heart or circle but I picked rectangles

  • Spread on a parchment lined sheet tray and sprinkle with a lot of sugar

  • Put into the oven for the time specified on your packaging (it took mine around 40 minutes at 350)

  • While your pastry is cooking: chiffonade your mint (roll into log and cut into thin ribbons) add mint, frozen berries, juice of one orange and ½ a lemon to a pan and cook down until syrupy (medium low heat)

  • While your pastry is cooling, make your whip cream by adding 1 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon of sugar to a stand or hand held mixer (or do it by hand if you are super strong or bored)

  • Add your fruit to a bowl top with your puff pastry and whip cream
