Peanut Butter Base
  • 1 1/4 Cup of Almond Flour
  • 8 Tablespoons of All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons of melted Butter (Substitute vegan butter if you’re making it vegan)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar (substitute Monk Fruit Sweetener if you wish to make it naturally sweetened or Keto)
Chocolate Ganache Topping
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips *I use dark chocolate* (Substitute dairy free chocolate chips if you’re making it vegan. Substitute sugar free chocolate chips if you’re making it Keto)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (substitute vegan butter if you’re making it vegan)
Instructions

Line an 8X8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
First, make the peanut butter base: Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Add your dough to your prepared baking pan and spread it into an even layer. Set aside.
Next make your chocolate ganache topping: Add your chocolate and butter to a small sauce pan, and mix over low heat until completely melted and smooth.
Next, pour the chocolate mixture over your peanut butter base and spread it into an even later.
Put it in the fridge for 15- 20 mins or until the chocolate has completely cooled.

I was very skeptical because of the amount of butter used overall.

So I made it without the butter for the base the peanut butter was more

Than enough to form the dough. And replaced the butter with two tablespoons of peanut butter to the chocolate chips. Delicious
