Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 c GF regular oat milk
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb ham, cubed (or sausage)
  • 1 pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
Instructions

Whisk together the eggs, oat milk, honey mustard, garlic powder and salt in a bowl.
Place the frozen hash browns on the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
Layer the ham and vegetables on as desired (If your kids don't like onions, then put the onions on the "adult" side. This is where you can customize it!)
Slowly pour the egg mixture on top. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Can be made teh night before and cooked overnight.
